HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR LANDLORDS.
We moved from a high street letting agent to Sash Lettings approx. 8 months ago. They took over 2 flats for us and managed to find new tenants in no time at all and at a higher rental rate than the previous letting agent. They provide an excellent service all round. The communication is clear and swift in terms of replying to queries or keeping us updated. We were looking for a more personal service compared to the high street company and we were not disappointed. Their management service is worth every penny. It’s nice to deal with a company that you know has your best interest at heart.
